Our delivery personnel are trained in the special requirements of fitness equipment handling and shipping. We provide the best fitness equipment shipping in the industry!
Delivery - Normal delivery time is between 4 and 8 weeks and times may vary around holidays and peak shipping seasons. We deliver and install into your fitness area. It may be necessary to assist or move merchandise into the premises. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. For estimated shipping charges, set up charges and delivery times, please contact us.
Damages - Count the pieces you receive and look for any noticeable damage. If you see any visible damage to the equipment, note it on the freight bill next to your order signature. First Fitness Equipment International can not be held responsible for shortages or damages if you don't note them on your freight bill. All damage and shortage claims must be filed immediately.
